moord Posted yesterday at 06:55 PM Posted yesterday at 06:55 PM I've been noticing some performance issues with my connection when connected to the Netgear XR700 router running dumaos I've tried logging into the router through the IP and it just gets stuck on the loading page I've tried restarting the router, resetting the router and nothing seems to work. Also cant log into the app as it's saying i'm logged in elsewhere (no idea where I'm logged in and it wont remotely log out of that device) Kind of stuck on where to go next, im hoping there's a way i can wipe dumaOS off the router and reload it clean? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted yesterday at 07:14 PM Administrators Posted yesterday at 07:14 PM Download the latest firmware from the NTGR site and then go to 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm and that should take you to the NTGR settings where you can then re-upgrade the firmware. Close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access normally and see if it loads.

Try accessing with another browser/incognito window just in case that affects it. The other is to try downgrading to previous versions until you get to one that allows you access, you should then be able to re-upgrade
