Krdnt Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Hi. First of all, many thanks. Yesterday I performed some maintenance and reset my Netduma R2 using the reset button. Now, during the initial setup, it can’t detect the Ethernet connection. It’s strange because I still have internet access and can browse normally. It seems that my Movistar WiFi 6 Go router can’t detect DumaOS anymore. Also, I can’t access the Netduma software/interface because the router can’t complete the initial setup process. Is there any way to downgrade the device to the latest DumaOS 3 version?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 17 Administrators Posted February 17 When it gets to the internet part of the setup selected the advanced options and then you can skip that part of the setup, complete the wizard and then you can get through to the interface. Then, reboot the Movistar, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if you get a connection then. Krdnt 1
Krdnt Posted February 17 Author Posted February 17 Thanks. The problem seems to be solved. In any case, is there any way to downgrade the device to the latest DumaOS 3 version? Do you think that version is more stable on the R2?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 17 Administrators Posted February 17 Good to hear! If you download the last DumaOS 3 update, then just upgrade to it from the interface. Hard to say, I don't think 4 on the R2 is too unstable really. Whatever works best for you! Krdnt 1
Krdnt Posted February 17 Author Posted February 17 I'm thinking about that. I hadn't too much problems with v4.0.258, really. I only use that for Warzone. Netduma Fraser 1
