Krdnt Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Hi. First of all, many thanks. Yesterday I performed some maintenance and reset my Netduma R2 using the reset button. Now, during the initial setup, it can’t detect the Ethernet connection. It’s strange because I still have internet access and can browse normally. It seems that my Movistar WiFi 6 Go router can’t detect DumaOS anymore. Also, I can’t access the Netduma software/interface because the router can’t complete the initial setup process. Is there any way to downgrade the device to the latest DumaOS 3 version?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 7 hours ago Administrators Posted 7 hours ago When it gets to the internet part of the setup selected the advanced options and then you can skip that part of the setup, complete the wizard and then you can get through to the interface. Then, reboot the Movistar, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if you get a connection then. Krdnt 1
