fruto Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I’m looking for help with an issue I’m experiencing when using my NetDuma R3. The problem mainly affects PlayStation Network connectivity and Call of Duty. Issues I’m seeing: Call of Duty errors: “Your profile was signed out” “You must sign in before you can play LAN or online” PlayStation Network errors: CE-113524-6 (Server connection timed out) NW-102261-2 PlayStation Store behavior: Store text loads normally Images/photos do not load Gameplay behavior in Call of Duty: I am able to play Private Matches, however after the match finishes I receive a sign-out error and must fully restart the game before I can play again Public multiplayer generally works, but I occasionally still receive the sign-out error Ranked Play is the most affected: I can usually play for about 7–10 minutes I then get kicked out of the match with a sign-out error This has resulted in multiple ranked penalties and I currently have a 6-hour ban What I’ve tried so far: Factory reset of the NetDuma R3 Installed beta firmware 4.0.540 Disabled Geo-Filter Disabled all features under Advanced Settings Tested with QoS and all DumaOS features turned off Additional information: I’ve been using the NetDuma R3 for over a year without issues The problems started around the Call of Duty Season 2 update I’m not sure if this is related to firmware, PSN traffic handling, or recent Call of Duty changes. I’d really appreciate any guidance on further troubleshooting steps or settings I should check to prevent these disconnects. Please let me know if logs or additional testing would be helpful. Thanks for your assistance.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 6 Administrators Posted February 6 What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How is the console connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How did you disable the Geo-Filter exactly, by what you've said disabling this made no difference? Have you changed anything in the router settings pages specifically?
fruto Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago Problem solved. It turned out to be my controller disconnecting from the console. That was causing the PSN and Call of Duty logouts. This was not related to the NetDuma R3 in any way. Thanks for the assistance — case can be closed. Netduma Fraser 1
