We can provide assistance once you're able to use it but not really before. If you're referring to this line "If WiFi Optimiser isn't picking up your app, you can post on NETDUMA's support forum and ask to add your app. WiFi Enhancer is powered and supported by NETDUMA." they're referring to if Netflix or your work application isn't getting picked up by WiFi optimiser for example.
