Adblock doesn’t work on Apple devices only on android and order device very slow upload speed or sometimes download speed

1. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
2. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
3. What are the speeds you pay for/receive? 
4. Have you entered those speeds into the router?
5. How have you setup Congestion Control?
6. How have you setup SmartBOOST?
7. Where are you testing Adblocker on Apple devices?
8. What speeds are you getting on devices when they're slow and where are you testing? Are they connected via WiFi or ethernet?

WAS-110 connect  R3 to Internet 

2 I have ASUS GT6 access point connected to Ethernet port  R3 for my Wi-Fi connected devices and the rest are Ethernet  to the R3

3 my Internet speed is one gig up and down AT&T, fiber 

4 R3 Speedtest is 700mbps with Ethernet connected to a laptop

5 Congestion Control never works for me so it leave off 

6 smart boost never able to connect to a server 

7 new sites, gaming sites, and adblocker tester  

8 Internet, and Wi-Fi both of them are slow caps around 400mbps
