coolandy0803 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Here’s the situation: A few days ago, there was an ISP outage in my area that lasted for about 20 minutes. Since the connection was restored, my Netduma R3 has been acting strange. The Issue: WiFi works perfectly. My Apple TV, PC, and PS5 all connect wirelessly without any issues. However, as soon as I switch to a wired (Ethernet) connection, nothing works. Apple TV says it cannot connect to Apple servers. PS5 says it cannot connect to the PlayStation Network. Troubleshooting Steps I've Taken: I’ve spent a long time trying to fix this, but nothing has worked so far. I have already tried: Rebooting the ISP modem. Factory resetting the Netduma R3. Ensuring the R3 is on the latest firmware. Ruling Out Hardware: I suspected the Ethernet cables might be the issue, so I tested them with a different router. The wired connection worked perfectly on the other router, so I’ve ruled out faulty cables. I’m completely stuck and can’t seem to solve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 8 hours ago Administrators Posted 8 hours ago Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works. That will let any residual power drain and hopefully will then be more stable.
