Cannot connect to US servers after BO7 integration

Hello,

Purchased an R3 after my R2 gave up not so long ago. R3 was working fine and quicker connecting than the R2. 

After the recent BO7 integration, I was unable to connect when setup exactly as before.

Setup:

GeoLatency off

Strict mode on

Fast search off

Radius and poly tried in US

PC actual but set as PlayStation

Ping assist off

What I have noticed is that it's showing the controller symbol when game launches but only ever on Oklahoma City now (which I believe is the US authentication server), Ireland authentication server also shows up with the tick mark (I'm in UK), game connects to casuals mode always easier but even with controller symbol on Oklahoma City and strict mode with radius or polygon over the US it's connecting to 30 ping game (clearly somewhere in Europe). I've never had this before on R2 or R3 before this change, as if it's caught in 'limbo', I can immediately tell by ping Warzone starts the search at, but for first time ever it's connecting outside of radius. I know when it is good as COD starts at search at 90-105 ping, but sadly this is not happening now.

Any ideas? I've tried factory reset...

This should have been resolved via a cloud update, could you resync the cloud in Geo-Filter settings, restart the PC then check again please?

Hi Fraser - Issue is still there. I can't connect to the Warzone or BO7 US servers. It goes to 170ms ping search and just sits there forever. Is the fix out ?

That sounds a bit different, are you in the EU trying to force US servers?

Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you get a game outside your radius please?

I'm not at PC at the moment, but as per original post I see one white dot with controller symbol on US Oklahoma server within radius but ping is 30 and I'm definitely on a EU server but nothing shows on map in EU. When loading game, it appears correct all orange triangles outside of radius and white dots within.

You can't have the cloud yet then, the next cloud is rolling out so you should have it within the next few days

Fraser, thanks for help, I think I have fixed it by excluding the Oklahoma authentication server from my radius. I'm not sure of the logic, but perhaps it was authenticating me in the US not Ireland and the chucking me outside of filter. Not sure.
