rash Posted Monday at 05:06 PM Posted Monday at 05:06 PM Hi, I have an issue with my XR1000 where the Geo-Filter is not showing any servers, and the Ping Heatmap is not working at all. I restarted the router, did a factory reset, changed browsers, and disabled Auto-Ping Assist, but the problem is still there. What is the solu tion?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 08:58 PM Administrators Posted Monday at 08:58 PM It's not something we can fix on our end specifically - make sure you're on the latest firmware/re-upgrade to it if you're already on it https://kb.netgear.com/000068422 then once it's definitely upgraded (~5 minutes after you uploaded it) do a factory reset, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access it and see if it still happens please
