  1. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  2. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  3. Have you entered those speeds into the router?
  4. How have you setup Congestion Control?
  5. How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  6. Where are you testing the speeds?

    1. Spectrum D3.1 eMTA DOCSIS 3.1 Advanced Voice Modem
    2. And when my PC is connected directly to the modem i get over 1GIG so not the modem.
  2. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
    1. Yes but i have also tried just having my PC connected
  3. Have you entered those speeds into the router?
    1. Yes still doesnt reach it
    2. My PC will reach 650 through Duma R3 Router and the Duma speed test its self only reaches 400
  4. How have you setup Congestion Control?
    1. I made my device top priority i also went into advanced and turned off QOS and everything as well
  5. How have you setup SmartBOOST?
    1. Same as above answer
  6. Where are you testing the speeds?

Did you put any details into the R3 to get the internet to work specifically?
