akaxmustangx Posted Friday at 04:36 PM Posted Friday at 04:36 PM I live in North Carolina and found this morning using battle.net to load the game it would not load past the Sign on page after I started the game. I have my GeoFilter set for basically the east coast and with the GeoFilter active the game would just sit there. I turn off the GeoFilter and the game loaded fine. It appears that the server in Las Vegas was needed to be allowed for the game to load properly. Once the game was completely loaded I turned on the Geofilter and was able to play either game without issue. The odd thing is Las Vegas, even though it was outside my circle was still being permitted and shows that it is the only server I can connect to even though it was outside my filter limits. I know there are east coast servers and don't understand why I continue to connect to Las Vegas only as it is not the optimum server for me.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 04:55 PM Administrators Posted Friday at 04:55 PM It's likely that was an authentication server, this should be sorted with our cloud update. Disable Geo-Latency in the Geo-Filter settings and then restart the game and you should get games within your radius.
