Randy37 Posted Saturday at 02:53 PM Posted Saturday at 02:53 PM Hi, I have a question regarding the ping heatmap and geofilter for Arc Raiders. I´ve updated my XR500 to the latest firmware V2.3.4.148 Now I can choose from the ping heatmap Arc Raiders, but I´m able to ping only a server in Hong Kong. I´ve checked other games like Warzone or Battlefield 6 and its working for those. I´m from Slovakia/Europe. Please see the attached picture. What am I doing wrong? My other issue is that when I´m trying to set the geo filter, I can´t see Arc Raiders on the game list. If I choose the Unreal Engine games, its not working. If you need more info, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Saturday at 06:01 PM Administrators Posted Saturday at 06:01 PM You're not doing anything wrong, we'll just need to update it thats all - game servers don't respond to pings generally so we have to update quite often. Do this: For the Geo-Filter: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter If you're on PC then give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then you'll be able to filter.

I´ve tried it and it seems that the polygon mode is working, but I can´t connect to the servers now. It says something like connection has lost to the server. Any idea? Thanks.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 06:04 PM Administrators Posted Sunday at 06:04 PM How many servers are you covering? Do you see anything blocked on the map when that happens?

I´ve just covered the whole Poland as there are servers in Warsaw which are the closest to me. I don´t see anything blocked on the map. Actually I see nothing.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 03:08 PM Administrators Posted Monday at 03:08 PM Can you provide another screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? I would also suggest you upgrade to the beta firmware so you get the latest cloud updates: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535

I will check the beta firmware, is it safe to use are there any issues or risks using the beta version?

I don´t want to create more problems. Hopefully it will be updated in a stable version without the beta issues.

There will only be posts about issues there, I wouldn't let it put you off, upgrade and see what its like for yourself, you can always downgrade if needed. It's unlikely there will be another firmware to be honest.
