I'm thinking, isn't adding reservation for specific game, a same thing? Or adding for those ports makes reservation for every game at once?

It would reserve bandwidth for every game with that rule so you don't need to make lots of rules - also if a specific game on SmartBOOST becomes out of date you may then need to make this rule anyway to compensate

You don't need the rule, it was for reserving bandwidth on SmartBOOST. TCP & UDP. SmartBOOST should still be enabled if you want prioritization
