Congestion Control Mode doesn't work.

When I set it to Auto it doesn't change internet speed while in game, connected to a server. It stays the same.

This is during match of BF6. It should be max 200 with 33%.

Is it throttling if you set it to Always? If you use speedtest.net do you see the speeds reduce?

What do you mean by throttling? It works on always but I don't want to use my internet at 33% when I am not gaming or changing it every time I play.

Throttling = reducing speed. I know it's just to determine what is working. I know the activities on SmartBOOST show prioritizing but is the actual main part of SmartBOOST that shows the traffic showing prioritized activities? If you prioritize the device does it reduce the speed when testing on auto?

I have PC as top priority all the time, so no, it doesn't reduce.

If I turn them all OFF it doesn't change anything.

Could you take your device off SmartBOOST please and leave the activities and check again. In theory, prioritizing the entire device will also prioritize the speedtest over Congestion Control

Are you using HybridVPN or Static Routes?

Have you disabled DPI? When did this start happening exactly? You said it doesn't change the speed when you're in game but you have other things like Netflix prioritized, does it reduce speed when using other activities other than gaming?

Yes, because of the description of Auto mode: Auto will apply when gaming or work traffic is detected

No. When I watch Netflix, Kick, Twitch, YT it doesn't reduce.

When did it start happening, after changing settings, upgrading, changing the physical setup etc?

I think it never worked from the beginning. I had it on always but wanted to try Auto because in a week I will upgrade to 1 gb internet so I don't want to have it reduced always to 20% (200) to have better bufferbloat.

What can I do next?

You wouldn't necessarily have to reduce it that much, in fact its more likely that you wouldn't, bufferbloat occurs when the network is saturated (that can't happen with Congestion Control active anyway) and 1Gbps is harder to saturate, unless you're doing a download. 

It doesn't really make any sense, what other settings have you changed from default? I see you've reserved bandwidth there for example.

• What is your exact physical setup? Is your device connected directly to the R3, i.e. not connected through an AP, extender etc?
• Could you provide a Stats For Nerds (SmartBOOST Settings) screenshot and position it so I can see anything active in manual allocations & auto allocations and the top activity in unprioritized/best effort please while you have auto enabled and while doing a speedtest.
• Could you provide a screenshot of your Device Manager page please with the PC that you're using to test shown
• What firmware version are you on?

Fiber cable -> Internet provider's router (bridge mode) -> ethernet cable -> R3 (firmware v4.0.645)  -> ethernet cable -> PC

It's working without it. 33% of 600, max 200.

Second screenshot is when I turned BF6 off.

So I can't have reservations? Maybe it's placebo but hit-reg in FPS feels so much better with them.

Okay good to hear. You can have reservations but you're reserving ALL ports/protocols which is then covering speed tests/general browsing etc. Switch 1 to 1024 instead, then see if it still throttles correctly, if so that's great, you'll get expected speeds/Congestion Control working correctly and it will reserve bandwidth for gaming.

Which side is more accurate for down/up latency? https://www.speedtest.net/ or https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat? 
on 1st I get 5-10 ms download latency, but on 2nd is much worse...
