Habe seit Dienstag Glasfaser mit dem Selben Router wie auch davor ,fritzbox 7590 hab jetzt statt 100mbits 1gbit muss ich netduma r3 neu einrichten? Paing optimieren bekomme ich immer eine fehlermeldung

You don't need to set it up again, just enter your new speeds in manually. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable currently and we're looking to fix that for the next version. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effect which can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

Muss ich dafür werkseinstellung zurück setzten ? Oder gibt es einen anderen weg ? 
zusätzlich hab ich eine frage wegen portfreigeben muss ich von der fritzbox zur netduma die ports freigeben ? Spiele nur cod auf dem pc

No, you can change your speeds at the bottom left of the interface - Speed Test > Advanced

You don't need to port forward but if you can enable the exposed host option for the R3 on the fritz that would be best

Ja es war sehr hilfreich aber hätte tatsächlich noch 2-3 offene Punkte 

muss bei Bild 1 alles angewählt sein ?

und was soll ich bei 2-3 anwählen auf den link ist es nicht so genau erklärt .

The first screenshot that appears to be all correct, you don't need to change anything. I'm not sure what the others are for but you shouldn't need to change them, just what the article mentions that's all
