Grofiltri problema xr1000

Ciao sul mio xr1000 da pochi giorni ho un problema con i geofiltri,dice uncaught undefined e successivamente questa Rapp non è ancora stata caricata,riprovate tra un minuto

Le impostazioni di modem e router le faccio sistemare da un’amico che io non sono molto in grado

1. Go to the System Information page
2. On the "Installed Rapps" panel on the right of the screen click the  icon,
3. Change the retries to 5
4. Reboot the router from the interface
5. Close the interface
6. Wait 4 minutes

Then try accessing please and see if that resolves it.

I think you may have to do a factory reset then in order to clear it and get access to those features again. Initiate the reset via the interface (Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase), close the tab, wait 4 minutes, then access and go through the Setup Wizard and see if it works after that please.
