PPPoE não conecta!

Good afternoon, my R3 isn't connecting via PPPoE. I've already tested it on another IP address I have here, and it's working fine with DHCP, but the PPPoE connection isn't connecting! Is anyone else having this problem?

Remember, I have two connections: one for the entire house with another carrier, and one just for the R3, which is connected via ONU in bridge mode. When I log in with my username and password, it doesn't connect. Any help?

Reboot the ONU, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and then check if you get internet. If not, check if the bridge needs to be updated - if its set by IP address for example
