Sp cant ping severs

Hi I’m on the r3 and just got fiber into the new house,it’s working fine I think but as you can see from the pic attached it can’t ping the servers to bring up the metric line and details in realtime…is there something I can try to fix the issue? TIA

Game servers don't always respond to pings, games like CoD actively block pings so we try to be clever to get around it but it's not always possible unfortunately. If we're able to improve upon it we will

Hi I respect what your saying but I don’t see anybody else having this problem on the forum….which says to me that either I’m setup wrong or there’s something wrong with the router…to this point I’ve even factory reset the router and setup again….

if there’s anyone on the forum who has had this problem or has any suggestions to a fix please let me know.TIA

Other people are having the same problem for the same reason. I can assure you it's nothing on your side or anything to do with the router.
