I've been using the XR500 NIghthawk for a few years now and I have to say, I'd never ever buy another NetGear product.  From day one, the garbage DumaOS inetrface has never worked correctly.  And please save the sermon.  I can't count the number of times I've followed all of the steps to try and fix it.  The amount of time wasted on it is downright offensive and someone should not have to spend that much time trying to fix a problem like this.  I shouldn't say it's always failed to work.  I can remember a brief period when I could actually see all of the devices on my network through the interface, but that was a while ago.  I just keep getting "Rapp failed to load.. please wait".  Resets, reboots, updates and waiting over and over.  I can literally drive to the store, buy a  new router, update it, set it up and be connected in less time than I've spent just "waiting" to get to teh page I want to get to in DUMAOS device manager.  And I'm done.  Well I'm not done ranting yet, DUMAOS is a dumb name. Why not just refer to the thing that a person needs to use to configure their router settings as the Nighthawk Configurator?  The whole thing from styart to finish is just one big convoluted mess, especially for the average person.   You should advertise your routers as"THE router for nerds".  If the problem is caused by something someone does wrong or corruption, why not build in some fail safes to prevent the problem from occuring.  instead of rapp not loaded yet, please wait and try again, how about a message that instead says "Oh no this isn't working, would you like to go back to a time when it did work?  If yes, click here."  The fact is, you guys don't know how to fix the problem or you're keeping it a secret because none of teh provided troubleshooting steps work. Ever.

If you're struggling with an issue it would be best to make a topic about it so we can help you sooner rather than later to prevent your anger reaching a point where you make a topic like this. You've had an account for over 4 years so plenty of time to have sought help for it. I'll ignore the irate comments and focus on your issue instead.

If you're not already upgrade to this firmware version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ ignore if it says it's older and upgrade to it anyway. Does the act of installing that resolve the issue? If not, the firmware is a big change from what you're on currently so a factory reset would be advised to remove any remnants from previous versions that could cause issues. Make sure to wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface. If it still occurs then in the System Information page go to the Rapp panel, click the :menu icon and change retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and check it.
