Geo filter is not working

Reboot the router from the interface, close the browser, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads please

On the System Information page go to the Rapp panel, click the  icon, change the retries to 5, then repeat the reboot process I mentioned

Upgrade to the Early Access firmware and that won't be an issue

i just downgraded to this version, the early access firmware doesnt have QOS which is crucial for me

It does, Congestion Control is in Ping Optimizer > Advanced and SmartBOOST is QoS also - essentially Traffic Prioritization

That's just allocating bandwidth not QoS and even when setting bandwidth devices would use more than their allocation if needed anyway. With SmartBOOST you can set priorities based on what you want and you can still reserve bandwidth for devices as well
