I don't think the game has been released yet has it? Most likely in the same locations though but we'll test it when we're able to

Is there any news regarding the update to FC26? In some territories, the standard version is already up and running.

The situation in R3 is as follows: Steady Ping cannot connect to any server in any match, 10 out of 10 unable to connect to a server, whereas in FC25 it was working 7 out of 10 times.

I suppose it has to do with the fact that, in geo-filtering, the game does not yet appear as FC26. Although I am not sure how the two features are related and whether there is any influence between them.

Any DPI update we make wouldn't affect Steady Pings success rate unfortunately. Are you actually able to filter currently?

Any updates?

We've got captures of the game and hoping to start testing it today/tomorrow and when we're happy with that it'll go public

I think it has been updated we just didn't change the name so we'll change that so just use FC25 for FC26

@Netduma Fraser Can geofilter address this issue?

The Geo-Filter is designed so you can force your closest servers yes, however I will say that FC/FIFA players have a lot of issues with connection regardless of the router they use

This is a fact, yes. It is very likely that it has to do with issues related to the network code used by EA, where it tries to equalise the options for all its players, regardless of skill gap, using any method, handicap, CPU boost, etc. The lore is very extensive.

But at this point, shouldn't it be a challenge and an opportunity for Netduma (or any other software company) to try to promote something that mitigates or helps with this specific system?

In my limited experience, Netduma involves a substantial change in shooting games, but in sports games such as EA FC, the impact is less and its network code reverses it at any time, making the experience very confusing.

If the issue is their implementation of networking or really anything on their side there is very little we can do about it. We can only impact what can be controlled so I highly doubt there is anything we'd be able to do unfortunately, if there is then we will look into it further.
