My 5Ghz isn’t working I have it on split bands it says password is wrong and I’ve tried changing it and trying the password and still says password wrong but the 2.4 ghz works fine and I use the same password for both

On the WiFi page where you set the password you can click the little eye icon on the right so you can see what the password is, is it exactly what you expect/what you're entering? You don't have caps lock enabled when you're entering the password on your mobile/PC for example?

Having this same exact issue, started about a week ago on v4.0.540Even changed the password to be 100% sure if was the correct one, still saying incorrect.

For all devices or specific? If you split the bands can you connect to them both then?

Sorry for the late reply, my PC is hardwired so my phone is the only thing I've been able to test but it's just the 5GHZ band. I tried splitting them and the 2.4 works fine but 5GHZ says incorrect password even after changing it to a simple test password.

EDIT: My Google Nest Hub is dealing with the same connection issues.

Change it to use a different channel and width and see if it works better then please

Are both devices older or newer?
