reason why my speeds are lower on the r3 netduma with smartboost off and on compared  to  my isp  router my speeds are  higher and flint 2 on ethernet cable

alos my ping is way higher on the netduma r3 25ms or 28 ms  with all the settings off compared to my isp and flint 2 my ping is lower arounf 14 15 ms

• What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
• Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
• Have you entered your expected/paid for speeds into the router?

What speedtest screenshot relates to what and where are you measuring the ping as they're both showing low there
