Si. Il server è nel mio raggio. Ma il fatto che non c'è l'opzione assistenza ping con il firmware 1.0.2.84. Poi un'altra cosa, il sistema mi dice di aggiornare il firmware come allegato. Cosa devo fare?

There is no ping assist on the XR1000 that's normal, I mispoke. You can ignore that firmware suggestion completely

Ieri mi è capitato che non sono riuscito a giocare perche il geo-filter selezionava server non facenti parte dell'area geografica da me disegnata, quindi appariva il triangolo di non consentito senza poter giocare. Perché non viene selezionato il server o giocatori all'interno dell'area scelta da me?

That's not it allowing servers outside your radius, it's literally blocking servers outside your radius that the game is trying to connect you to. So it is working as expected. You'll have to keep searching and the game should be forced to then get a server within your radius. Some days it may take longer due to player count, server load etc.

Salve. Sulla mappa del ping selezionando il gioco FC25 mi appaiono i server e fino a qui tutto va bene. Quando vado su Geo-Filter e traccio il raggio d'azione interessato appare un server a cui il gioco si collega ma che non confronta sulla mappa del ping. Come mai questo server non esiste sulla mappa del ping selezionando il gioco FC25? Poi ieri su Geo-Filter quando ho aperto il gioco FC25 sono apparsi tutti i server, come accade sempre, compreso però quello di Palermo (Sicilia) che si trova vicinissimo al mio paese (Lascari) con ping di 1 ms a cui però il sistema non si è collegato nonostante fosse all' interno del mio raggio d'azione. Questo server non mi è mai apparso, è apparso solo ieri ed io ho fatto in tempo a inserirlo tra i server consentiti. potresti darmi delucidazioni in merito.

Hello. On the ping map, selecting the game FC25 shows me the servers, and so far, everything is fine. When I go to Geo-Filter and trace the area of interest, a server appears that the game connects to but does not show on the ping map. Why does this server not exist on the ping map when selecting the game FC25? Then yesterday on Geo-Filter, when I opened the game FC25, all the servers appeared, as always, including the one in Palermo (Sicily), which is very close to my town (Lascari) with a ping of 1 ms, but the system did not connect to it even though it was within my range. This server has never appeared for me; it only showed up yesterday, and I managed to add it to the allowed servers. Could you provide me with clarifications regarding this?

They will add and remove servers all the time, the Geo-Filter shows active connections made, Ping Heatmap shows a the ping to a set list of servers so we may need to update it. 

1ms would be impossible so that won't actually be a server you could connect to, likely just a glitch

That's something we'd need to update on our side. Game servers don't always respond to pings so you won't always see a ping value unfortunately
