Cannot adjust network speeds

So for some reason I cannot change my network speeds under speed test. Anytime I go through the action of saving my updated speeds it does not actually save so I'm just stuck with lower speeds than I actually have. I've attempted to restart both my PC and the router itself but cannot change the speeds. I do not want to factory reset my router and go through reconfiguration.

It's very likely the web browser you're using or an extension such as an Adblocker stopping it, try another browser/use incognito mode and see if you can set it then
