Netduma losing internet at arandom times

the only thing im using is my pc its the only thing connected to my r3

Are there any devices still connected to the ISP router?

Does it happen at a similar time of day, using the same service, playing the same game etc?

yeah just my mothers computer but i cant do anything to it because its her work computer, it happens at random but the only thing that is happening routinely is it happens when i turn on my pc

So does that mean it only happens initially when you turn your PC on? Is it more that it takes a minute or so to get a connection or that you have a connection initially and then it disconnects after 5 mins for example? Does it then only happen again another time when turning on instead of a few hours in etc?

yeah its been happening when i turn the pc on and then it goes in and out a few minutes then it stops and i keep the connection, then a few hours in to me using my pc it happens again.

Have you changed any settings on the PC itself for the internet adapter?

I meant more in depth than that but if not that's fine. Do you have any devices that are yours that are connected to the ISP router that you could connect to the R3 to see if they get the same issue?

i could try my other laptop but it would be over wifi not ethernet

it hasnt happened yesterday and the day before anymore but ill let you know if it does happen again

is there a reason this was happening you can think of did the router malfunction or something else because this has never happened before

Other than what I mentioned no not really, there is no reason it would disconnect regularly then suddenly stop unless the ISP modem was causing it and whatever the cause has now been resolved

it just happened again randomly i restarted the router but it did it a couple more times before it connected again, heres the logs

i just noticed my macbook thats connected over wifi on the router didnt go out but my pc thats connected over ethernet did, ive never had this disconnect problem before i dont understand

There isn't much in the log but could you disable UPnP and see if the issue continues please?

okay i did it ill let you know if it does it again, the last time it did it i saw the wifi was still on but the ethernet was going in and out could it be something with that?

If it's to do with the ethernet cable connecting the router to your modem then possibly, would be worth swapping it out for a new one just in case

it just happened again while i was playing on my pc, i dont know why its doing this it hasnt for a while and i havent changed anything on my router settings or anything

ive looked around the forum and its the same as 

it looks as if it could be either a problem with the router or an update that came through for it thats making the ethernet disconnect because the wifi is fine it stays on and has a stable connection even when the ethernet disconnects

No mention of an update in that topic and we haven't yet concluded that cause at the moment. Have you switched ethernet cables from the router to modem and router to PC with new/other ones yet? Have you connected directly to your modem to see if it still happens?
