After a power outage my wifi dropped and when it came back on everything worked even my Internet but not the router itself from the lan connection. Seems it doesn't detect any cable at all. I know it's not my cables because when I hooked up all cables to either laptop or PC I have perfect connection but the router doesn't detect it. I've always had issues with this router but I always found ways around it since they were software related, but not the router itself hardware related doesn't work. The video I added was after a week from the outage and still not working which is weird because it detects all cables out but not the Internet from the my Internet provider itself. I retested all of my cables on another router I had and the Internet works as normal but when I plug the cables into duma router it doesn't work. I've reset power multiple times-nothing Disconnected power for 10mins and reconnected nothing Multiple working cables tested and some even new-nothing Hard reset router to factory settings -nothing Inspected router connections and all are in good condition just not the Internet port works I don't know if I can get a replacement or what do I have to do? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 05:14 PM Administrators Posted Sunday at 05:14 PM Reboot your main modem/router/box that the R3 is connected to while the R3 is connected to it with the ethernet cable, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check for internet. If that doesn't work please provide a screenshot of the WAN Settings page on the R3.
