  1. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  2. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  3. What are the speeds you pay for/receive?
  4. Have you entered those speeds into the router?
  5. How have you setup Congestion Control?
  6. How is your PC connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
  7. How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

1. its a Modem only and its a ARRIS (S33) - Cable Modem

2. only my gaming pc and my Verizon device

3. my speeds are 1gb down and 35 up

4. i did a speed test with the r3 and it put my speeds at 903.0 mbps down and 36.0 mbps up

5. its on auto

6. ethernet only

7. yes

Congestion Control is on Auto at what percentages precisely? How specifically has the Geo-Filter been set?

At 94% it's not going to be very effective. Try 70% for both and experiment from there.

Do this for Geo-Filter:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

It'll work better then
