Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 5 Administrators Posted August 5 Okay don't change the IP of the router this time and lets see if its more stable. It's likely there is an extension you have enabled on Edge that is blocking it as extensions don't run by default in incognito mode.
BlackBoXBoSS Posted August 5 Author Posted August 5 I do not have any extensions installed and I can not change router IP address to default because I have camera system that needs specific IP.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 5 Administrators Posted August 5 What's the specific IP address/range it needs to use?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 5 Administrators Posted August 5 Is that because you have local devices accessing it setup to use an IP in that range and it would be a pain to reconfig them to use the default IP? Presumably you came from the XR with that IP set? If so that would indicate though that you have/had an ISP modem/router as it only uses 10.0.0.1 to prevent conflict with an upstream router using 192.168.1.1
BlackBoXBoSS Posted August 6 Author Posted August 6 Got this error again. Logs attached. R3_2025-08-06T11_40_54.388Z_logs.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 7 Administrators Posted August 7 Looks like there is an issue with the device connected in LAN port 2, which device is that? Do you continue to get the error with that unplugged after a reboot?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 7 Administrators Posted August 7 Unplug that and see if you get the same issues please
BlackBoXBoSS Posted August 7 Author Posted August 7 I do not have the issue right now but if it comes back I will try that. Netduma Fraser 1
BlackBoXBoSS Posted August 7 Author Posted August 7 Ok so I disconnected LAN port 2 and now I get failed to load minimum components error again.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 7 Administrators Posted August 7 If that's after a reboot grab the logs again please, if not then reboot and grab the logs when it happens again please
BlackBoXBoSS Posted August 7 Author Posted August 7 It happened again, logs attached. R3_2025-08-07T21_20_21.797Z_logs.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 7 Administrators Posted August 7 Okay thank you, I've passed it on to a dev to have a look
BlackBoXBoSS Posted October 15 Author Posted October 15 Any update? I still can not access the interface.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 03:46 PM Administrators Posted Thursday at 03:46 PM They've asked if the R3 is handling PPPoE or VLAN or DHCP identifiers at all?
BlackBoXBoSS Posted Thursday at 03:48 PM Author Posted Thursday at 03:48 PM I do not understand what that means exactly, but R3 has DHCP enabled.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 02:44 PM Administrators Posted Monday at 02:44 PM That's good thank you, they've asked if you could change the router back to the default IP address (192.168.1.1) to see if you experience the same issues please
BlackBoXBoSS Posted Monday at 09:10 PM Author Posted Monday at 09:10 PM I changed to 192.168.1.1 (I thought the default for R3 was 192.168.77.1) and it still happens (failed to load minimum components).

My apologies, yes if you could change it to 192.168.77.1, give it a reboot from the interface, close the interface then wait 4 minutes before accessing again please
BlackBoXBoSS Posted 13 hours ago Author Posted 13 hours ago I changed to 192.168.77.1, but problem is still there.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 10 hours ago Administrators Posted 10 hours ago Get to the recovery options again and enable remote access and follow these instructions: If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect. I'll see if I can get a dev to connect and see what may be happening.
