I can not access DumaOS interface at all even after restarting R3 multiple times. It always gives this error.

Ah that's just highlighted that the version at the bottom of that page hasn't been updated.

Re-upgrade anyway and it should resolve it

Okay I think you'll need to factory reset it then from the recovery options page. If you could grab the logs from that page first that would be really helpful

I only see remote logging and when I want to download report it gets stuck on generating report.

Enable the remote logging then reboot the router and I'll consult with the team when it happens again to see what appears in your logs

They weren't able to see any logs at all unfortunately - is the R3 in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router or is that in modem/bridge mode? Once that's done we may be able to remote access if needed. Does this link work? http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb#!/support

I have ISP modem that does not have configuration page and the link does not work because I have changed router IP.

So it's a pure modem - no WiFi on it? Okay change the IP part to the IP you've changed it to then try again - that also could be contributing to the issue, if you put it back to the default see if you get the same issues

I factory reset again and it works for now probably will come back soon. Now I have another issue. When I click on Speed Test/Ping Optimiser/Ping Heatmap it does not load in my edge browser, but in incognito mode it loads. It also loads normally via Android app.
