Download and Upload speeds capped

Hello,

I pay for 900Mb download and have been getting it for ages, had my R3 for just over a year now with no issues. Over the past week or so my speeds have been capped at around 90Mbps, I have been through other threads on here of people having the same issue but nothing seems to be fixing it.

Ethernet connection, I have rebooted, I have reset already with no improvements. Doing speedtests on speedtest.net. I have adjusted most settings that were recommened in other threads like Congestion Control.

I imagine its an issue with ISP but they are saying all good so yeah,

the most typical thing happened, 10 minutes after posting that, my speeds have returned to normal lol
