Not getting right speeds on netduma r3 router

My isp modem is in bridge mode connected to netduma r3. I have 1gb download and 100mb upload plan. I have smart boost turned off. When I run a speed test on netduma router it’s showing 206 download 88 upload. If I run a speed test on speed.cloudflare.com or speedtest.net I’m getting 831 download 96 upload. What is causing this issue?

Ignore the speed test on the router and just go off the third party speed tests as they will be correct, you're getting pretty close to what you'd expect through the router. Make sure you've entered your full speeds and check whether Congestion Control is applying in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

Most of time when I run ping optimizer upload and download ping is around 73ms and ping couldn’t be optimized. I can turn down the sliders in congestion control but it doesn’t change upload or download ping. Maybe that’s an issue from my isp not sure how it works
