Daniel A Posted July 14 Posted July 14 I've had this issue in the past, I just didn't contact support because I had my geofilter filters setup and port forwarding setup as well so I didn't wanna go through that process again. However, now that I moved homes, the 5ghz network seemed to be working once more for roughly 2 ish weeks but just last night, it disconnected my phone and computer and it wouldn't let me reconnect, i had to connect to my 2.4ghz to get wifi. I do not have smart connect on, I have both 2.4ghz and 5ghz visible as possible connecting networks however 5ghz just does not want to connect. I input the correct password direct copy paste from the dumaos and it says "could not connect". The password is correct but no device can be added to the 5ghz network. I have tried turning smart connect back on and I have reset the channels to be set to auto but still without fail it will not allow any device to connect to it again. I presume a factory reset would resolve this issue but again I am not trying to do that because i don't want to lose all my saved settings that I have. Any idea what this could be?
