Mostafa Gad Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Hi Team, I am planning to downgrade to older firmware, currently I am using R1 3.0.207, The reason is DumaOS is sluggish and unresponsive in such old hardware lile R1, i am not sure if I can disable some rapps do not start automatically, could help or not. Many times, when I do some actions, I will get the message that it's taking a lot of time, and some pages are not loaded fully. So I thought that maybe I need a stable older version of DumaOS, or even back to the legacy firmware. My question is, can I downgrade to an older version without screwing up my R1, and can I disable some raaps?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 13 Administrators Posted July 13 In the Installed Rapps panel on that page click and change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it's any better then. You can't disable any Rapps and you would have to go back to pre-DumaOS which I wouldn't recommend. Try what I said, if that doesn't help, re-upgrade to the same version and see if it works better.
