Mostafa Gad Posted Sunday at 08:08 AM Posted Sunday at 08:08 AM Hi Team, I am planning to downgrade to older firmware, currently I am using R1 3.0.207, The reason is DumaOS is sluggish and unresponsive in such old hardware lile R1, i am not sure if I can disable some rapps do not start automatically, could help or not. Many times, when I do some actions, I will get the message that it's taking a lot of time, and some pages are not loaded fully. So I thought that maybe I need a stable older version of DumaOS, or even back to the legacy firmware. My question is, can I downgrade to an older version without screwing up my R1, and can I disable some raaps?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 05:09 PM Administrators Posted Sunday at 05:09 PM In the Installed Rapps panel on that page click and change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it's any better then. You can't disable any Rapps and you would have to go back to pre-DumaOS which I wouldn't recommend. Try what I said, if that doesn't help, re-upgrade to the same version and see if it works better.
