Geo-Fence not working properly

it doesnt matter what i do i have my duma r3 now as only router at home and i try geo for example in america and it gives me my eu ping. everytime. i restarted the game and it still is not working. i need some help here.

i found the solution. just leave everything as it is only strict mode active and most important is the filtering mode. it has to be active
