Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 7, 2025 Administrators Posted July 7, 2025 Have you got a timestamp in the logs where it happened? Could be DHCP, give devices reserved/static IPs in DHCP settings, reboot the router and monitor from there
Hale Posted July 8, 2025 Author Posted July 8, 2025 I’m far from tech savvy I’ll YouTube that or something. Lol

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 10, 2025 Administrators Posted July 10, 2025 If when it happens again you could get the log and let us know the time roughly when it occurred that would be really helpful. Also more information like is it all devices or specific devices? Do they actually lose internet or just kicked from the game etc. Hale 1
Hale Posted July 11, 2025 Author Posted July 11, 2025 @Hale Can you download the file and attach it in the future, please? It's more digestible for the admin 😉 Nouveau Document texte (2).txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 11, 2025 Administrators Posted July 11, 2025 Presumably it just happened? If so it's the DHCP lease, set the lease to 10000 in DHCP settings, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and monitor.
Hale Posted July 14, 2025 Author Posted July 14, 2025 Here are the logs it happened at 1428 pacific time. Constantly like it has never done before. Here are the logs as well: Nouveau Document texte (2).txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 14, 2025 Administrators Posted July 14, 2025 There was nothing at that time causing it, is this on PlayStation by any chance that it's happening on?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 17, 2025 Administrators Posted July 17, 2025 That's quite a common PlayStation issue, replacing the ethernet cables you're using is a good idea and most likely to resolve it
