Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 1 Administrators Posted July 1 You have deleted a device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page and to the Geo-Filter. You have two options to remove the error and restore functionality: Factory reset Reconnect the device to the router via the same method (ethernet or WiFi), give it the same name as you had previously in the Device Manager as well as give it the same device type in the Device Manager

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 3 Administrators Posted July 3 Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase OR Hold the reset button in the back of the router (you'll need a pin or something small) for 30 seconds, then release Wait 4 minutes after you've initiated the reset and then access and check
