If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect on Monday to force an upgrade through for you.

You doing it isn't going to work so you don't need to keep trying. Also if you're rebooting the router then it is likely the IP is changing and making the DMZ invalid so you'll need to double check it's the same IP as is shown on the R2 System Information page.

We're seeing an IPv6 IP address when you're posting here so you'll need to disable IPv6 on the ISP router also, once you've done all that post back again.
