Any recommended setting for BO6 on a old router like the XR450?

No specific recommendations other than to fine tune Congestion Control for your network, utilize Traffic Prioritization and use the Geo-Filter to force the closest servers to you. If the servers play badly then force servers slightly further away even if the ping is a little higher as the server may be under less load and actually play better.
