My Geo Filter in R3 Router Won't show Mortal Kombat servers nor players at all on PC

I've done all the steps that was mentioned from my google search regarding this issue and still my geo filter won't show anything in either filtering mode or without filtering mode on PC - why? I've rebooted my PC and router before and chose the game and device multiple times from Geo FIlter settings and nothing helped me? I need help to solve this issue, any advice for what can be done about this? I'm running Mortal Kombat 11 from the Xbox app on PC and my R3's geo filter won't detect it when I have Mortal Kombat (Series) chosen etc.

Do this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Boot up application/game/client
