Not Upload Firmware, Invalid Firmware...

Recommended Posts

Help!! I've tried updating my NetDuma from Firmware R2 3.0.123 to the current version 3.3.380, but I'm getting an error. "Invalid Firmware..." I've already rebooted, reset Factory Defaults reset... Dmz, and from Ethernet, and I'm still stuck. Also, the rapps won't load. Please help. Thanks.

Thanks, yes, I realize I have the firmware release, try the next one, and the next one, but I still get the same message, I even tried in ingonito, I attached the log. In case it helps, I hope to be able to get my R2 up and running, I never used it... :(

Okay thank you, factory reset then as soon as you can try upgrading to .179

If that doesn't work:

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll get a dev to try and force an upgrade through on Monday.

Hi, I did what you asked and tried updating, but it still doesn't work. According to the instructions, the router is ready for remote access. Thanks again.

Hi, I'm still trying... Where can I download the correct firmware? The only difference is that now it's stuck in a loop; it no longer displays a message, but the installation doesn't work. Thanks for the follow-up.

From the link I gave you previously, it's nothing to do with the downloads. We weren't able to connect to you, can you make sure you go through the steps again for access please, if there is anything you don't understand about what I mentioned please let me know

Hi, sorry... I didn't realize I had VPN enabled on my main router, but I did understand the procedure, DMZ, etc.,VPN Off Now. Ā and remote tech on. I can confirm the public IP privately. Thanks again.
