ASD4157
Hi My Ping Heatmap doesn't work when I go to click Call of Duty Warzone. I also saw I need to change some tick thing from 3 to 5 which I did and I've also rebooted the duma
ASD4157
I also get this error message
ASD4157
update: seems to work fine on firefox but not google chrome?
ASD4157
Also, when I ping the map for Warzone servers. when searching it doesn't bring up the one in London that I want to connect too
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 5 Administrators Share Posted June 5 Chrome might be forcing the browser to connect via HTTPS which doesn't work well or you may have an Adblocker installed on it that is interfering. The southern one there will be the London one, it's just not pinpoint accurate on the map
ASD4157
Hi, thanks for the reply I will check it out! As for the Warzone server .. when I use the Ping Heatmap it shows the server to be in London as the screenshot shows. I bought a new netduma having previously got rid of my old XR1000 and it used to give me 1ms in games on Warzone but now the new one it stays between 2-4ms. Is there anything that can be done to bring it back down to 1ms?
ASD4157
Also, I'm using HTTP to connect to but that doesn't work either? one moment it was working normally and the next it stopped and it doesnt like HTTP or HTTPS?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 5 Administrators Share Posted June 5 They're different features and won't show the servers in the exact same positions so that's fine. I don't even know how you're getting that low a ping to begin with but no it's very unlikely you'll be optimize 2ms to 1ms, that difference is also imperceptible so you wouldn't notice a difference. If it fails again resync the cloud for heatmap and see if it pings
ASD4157
Community Fibre Internet + Netduma keeps me on very low ping! Without netduma im on 7ms but with it Im on 2/3ms. I have resynced but it doesn't do anything. 2 Questions 1. I still cant load netduma on google with either HTTP or HTTPS? any fixes for that? 2. Am I using the Geo filter for the server location or the Heatmap? as theyre both in two different spots

Ping Heatmap is to get an idea of where the servers are located so it informs your decisions about where to force servers using the Geo-Filter. The London server being slightly apart won't make any differences at all, it is still the London server
ASD4157
nope not incognito either. here are some screenshots. When I click "Continue with HTTP" it just has the spiral loading and then it doesn't connect. It goes back to https
ASD4157
Also another note, on google chrome the DumaOS is very slow. On FireFox its very quick
ASD4157
It also just loaded after a long time with HTTP but its gone back to HTTPS in the link
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 5 Administrators Share Posted June 5 Chrome in Settings will be forcing HTTPS so if you disable that/add the interface as an exception it should then work better
ASD4157
Okay will try this thanks! Question, what is the difference between Auto Ping Host being on and off
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 7 Administrators Share Posted June 7 It automatically pings the game server for you or doesn't, if it doesn't and you want to see the ping then you'd have to click the server/icon on the map manually
