Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 29 Administrators Share Posted May 29 Is this after a reboot? Are you accessing the interface via HTTPS rather than HTTP? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled, if so disable and try again please.
Jessicadavisonn
yes after reboot no ad blocker and I am just typing in 192.168.77.7 to access the interface

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 29 Administrators Share Posted May 29 I'll have to check with the team to see if they can force an upgrade through for you, to save time if you could make yourself accessible that'd be helpful: If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.
Fairypusher
I have a Bug after Update. I connect the WAN from R2 to Lan1 from my Router with Internet. After this the Setup from R2 found Internet and run DumaOS. After that i can use PPPOE, PPPOE dont work right for me with Setup. DumaOS dont start. If your Dumaos dont start. Now you can read the log. 192.168.77.1/adv_index.htm I use Static IP
