Tsar Posted yesterday at 02:10 PM Share Posted yesterday at 02:10 PM Hello, I'm having an issue since I've recently hooked up my Netduma R3. The OS takes awhile to load up in the browser, and then gives me a "Pardon our mess" message. I hit continue, and the router says something about the antijitter not working in the top right. Thank you!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted yesterday at 02:27 PM Administrators Share Posted yesterday at 02:27 PM Reboot the router from the interface, close the tab/interface, wait 4 minutes then try accessing again, does it load correctly then? Tsar Posted yesterday at 10:26 PM Author Share Posted yesterday at 10:26 PM No, it still does not load correctly. I am also on the latest Early Access firmware.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted yesterday at 11:09 PM Administrators Share Posted yesterday at 11:09 PM By recently do you mean you haven't used it for awhile and then upgraded? If so it may have been a big jump in firmware, did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? What browser/device are you using to access?
Tsar
Correct, I haven't used it for awhile. I did do a factory reset after installing the new firmware.  I am using Opera GX on my desktop PC with Windows 10.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 8 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 8 hours ago I know OperaGX has a built in Adblocker, disable that and also make sure you're accessing via HTTP instead of HTTPS and try again please
Tsar
My Adblocker has the OS whitelisted. I will try to login again later today via HTTP. I tried to play Call of Duty but the packet burst/packet loss was very prevalent, coinciding with the router stating that anti-jitter functions were not working. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 8 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 8 hours ago To rule out the obvious, have you disabled SmartBOOST fully/DPI/BI at all?
Tsar
It was disabled when I first had the router on, but I enabled it so that I could throttle my bandwidth. In both situations the antijitter message was still present.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 7 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 7 hours ago I think you may need to do a factory reset again - from the interface, as there is no other real way to force an aspect of the router to load again
Tsar
I will factory reset tonight and let you know. Thank you. Netduma Fraser
