KOAO
So I just upgraded my phone and as part of the procedure I go through to set up everything, update passwords and all I logged into my router through the DumaOS app on iOS. Doing that suddenly caused the router to disconnect from the internet and I had to factory reset it to get it working again. What is that about?!? That is unacceptable and the frustration of doing that is immeasurable. I had to set up everything all over again and have to log my devices onto the new WiFi setup again so I don’t have any logs of it. I’m on DumaOS 4 and even got a lovely message on start up making me re-reset mid way through my first setup saying that something went wrong. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 02:22 PM Administrators Share Posted Friday at 02:22 PM I can't see how the method you login to the router would cause all that to happen, it doesn't really make sense and without the logs I couldn't really provide any explanation or even a starting point for devs to have a look at. If it does happen again try accessing on a wired PC, if it comes up with a similar page as above then keep trying to continue until it gives you the option to grab a log
