Netduma R2 suddenly stopped working after logging into admin panel on new phone

So I just upgraded my phone and as part of the procedure I go through to set up everything, update passwords and all I logged into my router through the DumaOS app on iOS. 
 

Doing that suddenly caused the router to disconnect from the internet and I had to factory reset it to get it working again. What is that about?!? That is unacceptable and the frustration of doing that is immeasurable. I had to set up everything all over again and have to log my devices onto the new WiFi setup again so I don’t have any logs of it. I’m on DumaOS 4 and even got a lovely message on start up making me re-reset mid way through my first setup saying that something went wrong.

I can't see how the method you login to the router would cause all that to happen, it doesn't really make sense and without the logs I couldn't really provide any explanation or even a starting point for devs to have a look at. If it does happen again try accessing on a wired PC, if it comes up with a similar page as above then keep trying to continue until it gives you the option to grab a log

Yeah it was really really odd. It's happened before too but since it does that and forces me to factory reset the logs get deleted and all. It's very odd. It's working now.

Very bizarre, hopefully with the next version that doesn't happen as much for you. Glad it is working for you now though.
