Can't connect to a server

No servers are showing, one in Florida goes white then back to Grey. I have done a factory reset a few times. I can't get into a game.

Any help

I can connect to multiple servers when im playing fortnite. Its something with Bo6 that's not allowing me to connect.

By the looks of it you have the Geo-Filter disabled so it's not restricting your search in any way. Are you using a VPN? Is there a possibility you're shadow banned? If you connect direct to your modem do you get the same issue?

How do I have the geo filter disabled? Its shows the radius of my search range?

No im not using a VPN that im aware of.

What is shadow banned? I dont cheat 

I waited 45 minutes to get in a match last night.

I have no tried a direct connect yet.

It will always show the radius regardless of if it is enabled or disabled. 

From your video, filter off means you've disabled filtering for that device:

With filtering off it's very hard to say why it could be happening, try connecting direct to your modem and see if you get the same issue. In the meantime I've given you Early Access which you can also try: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

I dont have filtering off, I will take screenshot when I get home. I think I am shadow banned I just researched what it means. Describes what's going on to the Tee, why I dont know, I dont cheat an I dont talk on the headset

I think you can get it if enough people report you. For example, if you were absolutely destroying people they may be convinced you're cheating and band together to report you - that seems to be the first reaction instead of this person is genuinely better than me. I think you can check with Activision and appeal it

I have the geo filter set up. Maybe that's the case but im not even really good my kd is 1.72 . I definitely dont cheat an I play on a console not pc

That doesn't mean the Geo-Filter is enabled - click on your device on the Geo-Filter, there is a filtering toggle there. Could be voice chat as well, could be anything, check with Activision

What do you mean click on my device on the geo filter? I sent a ticket in, from what I read they wont tell you if your shadow banned either .

You'll have to check direct to the modem then, if you get the same issue then the shadow ban is likely.

Yes that's the one, at least from the video you sent in that would have been toggled off

Won't be the router then unfortunately and most likely a shadow ban. A good way to double check would be to go to someones house who plays the same game and doesn't have the same issue (double check that), sign in to your profile and check on their setup. If it happens again it's definitely a ban, if not then it'll be due to your ISP / modem

I think it's the ban for what I dont know. I emailed Activision they hit me with I didnt select a platform for the ticket, which I did. So im just getting the run around. Do I have to go buy another copy? I dont even cheat an not even that good lol

It's not linked to the specific game disc/copy you're using, it'll be linked to your game account

Doubt its the router or modem because they will worked before an i can get on different servers playing other games

This is what's going on, only 1 server shows, but it was in Florida last night, GA this morning now its showing mid west but I can't connect

So I just tried an experiment.  I only play free for all,  so I went an selected every type of match an i found a match in seconds on a different server location. So now im lost what is really going on🤷‍♂️

You did say it occurred direct to your modem as well but on your video there is a blocked icon in Ireland - allow that then try again, you may need to do it a few times, does it work then? If so please provide the IDs

Because its outside my search radius that's why it's blocked an yes it was tje same directly connected.

It's an authentication server, it should be allowed, so please allow it and follow that process and see if it works please
