doddsbrah
Is there anyone I can speak to on the phone for quick assistance?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 2 Administrators Share Posted May 2 What link on the website are you clicking exactly? To access the R3 you can use http://dumaos or http://192.168.77.1, alternatively you can download the DumaOS app from your phone app store and then access it that way. It won't be anything to do with you still being able to access your ISP router. We don't provide phone support but you'll still get just as good support here. doddsbrah
I’ve managed to get in now and set everything up. One thing I can’t get to change is where the gaming devices show as ‘inactive’ even when I’m playing call of duty bo6 is that right?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 2 Administrators Share Posted May 2 The services have become out of date as they change the game often, to counteract this and so you don't need to worry about it again: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
doddsbrah
Great that seemed to work now when I play call of duty. The only thing it says is ‘couldn’t ping server’ is that ok as you can see it below?

Looks like you have Call of Duty series still selected, it should say console but if it's working that's fine for now. Game servers, at the very least the CoD servers block pings so we're not always able to get a ping reading
