TheRealQM
I have tried rebooting both my R3 and Modem digitally and physically. For a very long time now my ping has been raised more than normal even without the R3 and I have provided an attached image of what happens when I try to use the ping optimizer. I am starting to think the ping optimizer is a joke and scandal because it has rarely worked. When I first purchased the R3 it was flawless. This has been a continuous issue and has messed up work meetings. NetDuma support help me with this to resolve it or so help me God.
TheRealQM
Oh and it only shows the download speed and not the upload speed when it does the test. I have provided an image which captures that.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 2 Administrators Share Posted May 2 We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and we're looking into it. In the meantime setting/testing speeds manually and adjusting Congestion Control manually will be needed to achieve the same effects. Your ping is raised where exactly? Where are you testing this ping? A higher ping wouldn't necessarily impact voip too much unless it's quite high. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
