I'm an infinite loop of errors: uncaught error, rapp not loaded yet. etc.

I did tried all the solutions that were on forrums before writing here. It is doing this with every firmware.

I'm on chrome, but is doing the same thing on my macbook with safari.

On the System Information page go to the Rapp panel, click the 3 lines option menu and change the retries to 5, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads please.

Also:

  • Disable Armor
  • Ensure the browser isn't forcing HTTPS for the interface

I did a downgrade to XR1000 1.0.0.58_1.0.44, but now I have the following error on GEO FILTER:

Armor is not active.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setTour')

This isn't working for me either. I am not on the beta. I keep getting "uncaught undefined". I tried manually flashing the firmware again and it didn't help. Also tried different browsers.

Did you do the above steps I mentioned?

Tried everything you mentioned.  Updated to 5 tries, disabled any ad bockers, rebooted.  Same result.  Screenshots attached.

Did this only happening after upgrading? If so downgrade to the previous version and see if it loads correctly then

I've been on the same firmware since day 1, the latest version.  I tried manually reflashing to see if it would fix, but it did not.  What version are you advising me to flash?

This is the version I'm on.  Are you saying I'm on the wrong one?

If you weren't previously getting the issue and then it started happening randomly and you also haven't manually upgraded the firmware then it's likely the firmware you're on which is relatively recent was automatically upgraded to so it would be worth downgrading to the previous firmware version to see if the issue still occurs.

The thing is, it's never worked.  I was already on the latest firmware, and I tried to manually reflash it to see if it would fix it, but it didn't.   Can you specify which firmware version you want me to try?
